Job Description

• Provide direction and support to the Events Manager and Reservations Coordinator, ensuring that all revenue and profitability targets are achieved.
• Set annual revenue targets for all direct sales people ensuring that they are clear on their revenue target and have a planned strategy to achieve their goals.
• Ensure proper rate sheets are accurate at all times.
• Proactively manages a pre-determined number of key account/key prospects and ensure all follow up is executed in a timely manner.

Requirement

• Candidate must be a Nigerian who works/have worked in the same position in United States, Europe or the Middle East.
• Must be working or have worked in an International hotel and wants to relocate back to Nigeria.
• Must pass the Sales Select Test
• Must be proficient in writing, speaking and negotiating in local language of candidate when need be.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with limited resources.
• Typing skills - 65 words per minute.
• Excellent computer skills - sound knowledge of  word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation, email and internet
